Barb Nickels and myself have volunteered to handle that task. We would appreciate your input on the attached press release draft, by March 3rd. I will forward all info to the smaller group that will be working on a policy draft to be presented at the next teleconference. We have not set the date for the teleconference with the larger group yet. A smaller working group will be teleconferencing on March 3rd to review and incorporate everybody’s input.

Fairfield Example - Renewable Energy, Business Development, Community Building
February 22nd, 2008 Posted in Success Stories | No Comments »Central Council’s Economic Development Department team along with a friend from the University of Alaska Center for Economic Development in Anchorage, have attended the Economic Development Bootcamp in Fairfield, Iowa. There, they learned some interesting things about community building, business development, and renewable energy applications (see pictures and links below).
